I cannot log in to my account.

If you have forgotten or misplaced your password, you can reset your password. You must use the same e-mail used during registration.

My license number doesn’t work.

A license number is redeemed one time. If you have used the license number to access the course then you need to sign in using the e-mail address and password established during registration.

Can someone else use the username and password that I registered?

The registered participant is the only individual authorized to obtain certification with the registed username and password.

My course/page is frozen, what do I do?

There may be several reasons for this. Try the following:

Step 1. Delete temporary internet files, cookies history, cache. If you do not know how to delete files as suggested in Step 1, refer to the following Website: www.hotcomm.com/faq/faq_temp_files.asp

Step 2. Exit system and Restart computer.

Step 3. Sign in back into your SSI Learn account with your registered e-mail and password.

I cannot print my certificate.

Log in using the e-mail address and password established during registration and click on “My Courses” in the upper right menu. Click on “Print Certificate” next to the corresponding course.

You may want to save the certificate by going to File, Save as. You will now have a copy of the certificate without having to log in to the website each time.
